Arabian Minerals & Chemicals Factory (AMC) Project by Bold Target
Contract and Delivery: Bold Target proudly took on the role of the main contractor for the Arabian Minerals & Chemicals Factory in Dammam. The agreement, inked on January 1, 2018, set forth our commitment to establish the factory with precision and dedication. Our team, driven by passion and determination, successfully completed and handed over the factory to AMC on June 2, 2020.
Project Highlights:
- Ground Preparation and Excavation: Tasked with preparing a vast area of 136,000 square meters, our team executed meticulous excavation and leveling. Using advanced machinery, we removed surface layers, rocks, and vegetation, followed by backfilling with high-quality soil to ensure a strong, stable foundation.
- Steel Structure Installation: In collaboration with Kirby Building Systems, we meticulously installed prefabricated steel structures, aligning with the project’s architectural design.
- Concrete Framework: Following designs from AlFarid Engineering Consultancy, we constructed the grey structure, ensuring constant communication and collaboration with their team for a seamless execution.
- Electrical Installations: Our skilled electrical engineers designed and implemented a comprehensive electrical network. This included the main supply, internal wiring, and transformer loads, ensuring safe and aesthetically placed electrical systems throughout the facility.
- Plumbing Systems: Our team installed a complete range of plumbing infrastructure, including sanitary ware, water pipes, and temperature-controlled water supply units, ensuring functionality and reliability.
- HVAC Solutions: Understanding the unique needs of a mineral and chemical factory, we installed an advanced ventilation system, including ducts, fans, and exhausts, as well as heaters and air conditioners, to maintain optimal environmental conditions.
- Finishing Works: Our finishing services encompassed staircase, wall plastering, painting, flooring, and epoxy surfacing, bringing the facility to operational readiness with a professional finish.
- Fire Safety Systems: To ensure utmost safety, we installed an advanced fire alarm system, capable of automatic detection and alert, along with fire extinguishers and pumps, adhering to the highest safety standards.
