Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Bold Target Contracting Company, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will also oversee the quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Basecamp, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
